A £50.00 deposit is required to secure any booking. Remaining balance will be due immediately upon completion of the job.

We accept both cash and card payments.

We understand that plans can change, so we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours of notice should you need to re-schedule your booking. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, then a 50% payment of the selected service will be required as a fee of cancellation. If a cancellation is made on the same day of the appointment you will be required to make full payment of the selected service.

Deposits are non-refundable but should you need to re-schedule your booking you can do so providing it complies with the terms above.

*Stated prices are based on vehicle condition and are not fixed. For severely neglected vehicles, an additional charge will be applied accordingly for the extra time required to complete the job to Fanatics standards - this includes but is not limited to exterior moss, algae, interior stains, dirt, sand, mud, excessive pet hair, make-up, mold etc. Please discuss with us prior to booking if you think this may apply to your vehicle. We always recommend sending photos with the booking to allow us to finalise a price before we travel, otherwise condition of the vehicle will be assessed upon arrival prior to starting any work and a revised price agreed with you, the client.

Any visible scratches or noticeable damage to the vehicle will be documented before work commences.

Please make an effort to remove any personal items from your vehicle before we begin work. This helps us complete the job to a higher standard & within the specified time frame.

Our insurance dictates that we can only work in suitable locations. We will not work on main roads, busy roads, public car parks, or any location that poses a safety or damage risk.

In the event of adverse weather, we always aim to complete the job, but rescheduling may be necessary.

We require parking for our small van and enough space to fully open all doors on your vehicle.

Whilst our van is fully self sufficient, access to electricity is always appreciated as our generator can cause noise for prolonged periods. We have our own fresh water supply.

Maintenance Plans: Price & duration is based on light to general usage in between valets. If your vehicle has sustained heavier usage or soiling, please let us know before booking so we can adjust the price and time required to complete the service to our usual standards. Maintenance Plans are only valid if the vehicle is booked in at least once per month. Anything passed this period you will be required to book one of our standard valeting services depending on vehicle condition.

By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to take photos of your vehicle during and after the process for our social media and website portfolios. Your number plate will not be on show as we always ensure it is covered up with our specially designed company logo plate over the top.

When making a booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions and acknowledge your understanding, by doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable.
